Mike Torreano is a Retired United States Air Force Colonel, having served nine years of active duty until 1979, when he joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network (NMFN). Mike Torreano then spent seventeen years in the Air Force Reserves. Since then Mike has achieved numerous NMFN and industry recognitions including the National Quality Award, National Sales Achievement Award, and Qualifying and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

Mike Torreano serves on the Board of both the Society of Financial Service Professionals and is a member of the Sabre Society, a philanthropic organization of United States Air Force Academy graduates. Mike Torreano also is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a member and Past President of the Colorado Springs Estate Planning Council.
