Candice Rikustad has been with Northwestern Mutual since 2008. She is a licensed Associate Financial Representative, and is dedicated to providing Mike Torreano’s clients with the quality customer service they have come to expect from Mike and Northwestern Mutual.

Candice is an avid musician and enjoys being outdoors, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Her primary responsibilities include:

·  Performing day-to-day operations
·  Fielding client queries and handling suitable correspondence
·  Managing the flow of requirements related to the application process
·  Scheduling insurance exams
·  Providing general policy and billing information                                                                               
·  Processing billing changes and facilitating premium payments                                                      
·  Expediting owner/beneficiary changes
